[YoolinkPro] 09/02/12 - New interface, final batch of features and official release of YoolinkPro

The Beta Test is now over and thanks to you we are now able to offer you a huge upgrade of the service! We think YoolinkPro is the public place where you can find all the information and news of your company. So we implemented several critical additionnal features to be sure everyone gets the best quality of service :

• You can publically comment articles and start discussion about content with your colleagues. You can now add a layer of information on top of the content you find on-line!
• A new menu let you find information more easily and you always know where you are in the app. Better Design, Better Ergonomics!
• Everytime you save a document, a private copy is backed up. You can access it later by clicking “cached” next to the link in case the document went off line. So you will never lose a document ever again.
• “Says” is a new item in the main menu. It lets you display all the micro-posts you and your colleagues posted on YoolinkPro. Ask for a specific information, invite people to a meeting or just offer a drink to everyone : this is a new way to communicate within the company.
• You can send documents to everyone in the company in one click.
• You can search for specific content on your colleagues profiles.
• Admins can delete users from their account and export of all the data as an XML file.

Next release :

• Admins will be able to merge, delete and edit tags.
• The Tag cloud will be on every research page so you can narrow your researches.
• There will be a filter by type on every search page.
• A new iPhone Version will be available for YoolinkPro.
• A Widget for Netvibes and iGoogle will be released.
